Summary of terms and conditions

The renter rents to the teant, signatory of this contract, the vehicle mentioned on the recto according to the terms ans conditions below that the tenant accepts without reserve.

Tenant

The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years for vehicles of categories A and B, 23 years for vehicles of categories C and D, 25 years for vehicles of categories E, Evasion and SUV. All drivers must have held an unendorsed driver's license for at least 12 months for vehicles of categories A and B and more than three years for vehicles of other categories.

Private persons

- a valid identification card,
- proof of residence (receipt of EDF, or telephone),
- bank card, American Express card.

Companies

K-Bis excerpt, order form, check or bank card ans banking statement of account.

Self-employed persons

Registration Number in the cahmber of Commerce or Professional Registration, bank card and banking statement of account.
The tenant's permanent address may be verified. Only the designated drivers at the time of rental may drive the vehicle rented. Whatever the method of payment proposed, Best-Services reserves the right to make any necessary verifications and to accept of decline the hire arrangement.

Territorial limits

Cras cannot be taken off the limits of the country, which would result in the loss of all guarantees and insurances.
